Most commercial equipment ships by LTL freight. Freight cost is quoted to your ZIP code before you pay. Curbside delivery is standard, and white glove delivery and installation are available as add-ons.
Lead times vary by product and are confirmed on your quote. Local customers in the Charlotte area may arrange pickup from our office.
Inspection on delivery
Please inspect every package before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage on the receipt and contact us within 48 hours with photos, so we can file a freight claim and arrange a replacement.
Returns
Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization. Return freight and a restocking fee may apply. Custom, special-order and installed items cannot be returned. Message us on WhatsApp at +1 (980) 377-0844 to start a return.
Warranty
New equipment carries the manufacturer’s commercial warranty. We help you file warranty claims and arrange service.
