Commercial gym equipment is heavy, bulky and easy to damage in a doorway. We offer three delivery levels so you only pay for the help you need, and every freight cost is quoted to your ZIP code before you pay.
Delivery options
- Curbside freight delivery: equipment arrives on a liftgate truck and is left at the curb or loading dock. Best when you have staff and a pallet jack on site.
- White glove delivery: the crew carries every box into the room you choose, including stairs and elevators when arranged in advance.
- Local pickup: customers near Charlotte can collect smaller orders from our office.
Installation and assembly
Our gym equipment installation service covers unpacking, assembly, leveling, bolting racks to the floor where needed, and testing every machine. We remove all packaging when we leave, so your room is ready for members the same day.
Before delivery day
- Measure doorways, hallways, stairs and elevators on the delivery route
- Tell us about loading docks, parking limits or delivery time windows
- Make sure dedicated outlets are ready for powered treadmills
- Clear the room and lay any flooring before the equipment arrives
